Senior GIS Analyst

Required Qualifications

• At minimum BA/ BS degree in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Data Sciences, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience including geospatial technology, data visualization, communication strategies, project implementation and management.
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience of Esri’s suite of software products and solutions including desktop, server and online.
• Extensive experience with Esri’s ArcGIS Online platform and associated products such as InDoors, Web App Builder, Experience Builder, Dashboards, Story Maps, Field Maps, Survey 123, Hub.
• Experience applying geospatial concepts, methodologies and solutions on engineering infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of management, and the ability to develop visual and communications strategies to combine data management, information visualization, and user experience to communicate spatial information effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and development teams and to write reports that summarize spatial analyses and communicate findings with data visualizations, charts, tables and narrative.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in business development, developing proposals, presentations, and project approach, budget, scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized. Highly responsive to requests from clients. Thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MA/MS degree in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Data Sciences, Computer Science or related field. 
• Esri Certification / GISP a plus.
• Expertise/understanding of AutoCAD/Microstation/BIM/GIS integration.
