Senior GIS Analyst
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Natural Sciences or closely related field
- Minimum of 10 years of practical GIS experience an advanced degree in relevant field may offset 5 years of experience
- Proficient in use of Esri ArcGIS Pro
- Extensive experience in map generation and data visualization
- Experience with ArcGIS Online platform and associated products such as Experience Builder, Story Maps, Field Maps, and Survey 123
- Expertise with developing Geodatabases and schemas (domains, subtypes), SQL, and other databases
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Must have a collaborative team attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and effective time management
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture
Preferred Qualifications
- GISP Certification
- Esri Certification
- Familiarity with ArcGIS Enterprise
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator or related graphic software for enhancing quality of GIS maps
- Local candidate
