Senior GIS Analyst
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Natural Sciences or closely related field
- Minimum of 10 years of practical GIS experience an advanced degree in relevant field may offset 5 years of experience
- Proficient in use of ArcGIS and ArcGIS extensions (3D Analyst, Spatial Analyst, Publisher, etc)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write reports that summarize spatial analyses and communicate findings with charts, tables and narrative
- Ability to serve as a GIS project leader including development of technical approach, scheduling, and quality assurance
- Experience in remote sensing, asset management, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server, or mobile GIS (ArcGIS Mobile, ArcPad) a plus
- GISP, AICP, PE or other professional certification a plus
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
