Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Computer Science or related field. 
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in GIS and geomatics project implementation for Federal Clients. 
  • Proficient in use of ArcGIS, ArcGIS extensions and Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise in data analysis, including statistics or geostatistics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write reports that summarize spatial analyses and communicate findings with charts, tables and narrative.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a GIS project leader including development of technical approach, budget, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to identify industry trends and determine where company capabilities can be marketed to existing and potential clients.
  • Prior experience in personnel supervision preferred.
  • GISP certification required.
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preference given to local candidates
  • Esri Certification preferred. PMP, AICP, PE or other professional certification a plus.

The expected compensation range for this position is $116,130 - $165,900 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
