Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in integrated water resources planning, water resources engineering, or related field
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working directly with client leadership
  • Experience with public speaking
  • May require the ability to travel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree
  • Professional registration in California or PMP
  • Experience with water infrastructure planning studies, extreme hydrology, and/or consequence analysis
  • Experience with risk-based planning and risk informed decision making.
  • Familiarity with integration of resiliency into the planning process
  • Local candidates preferred

The expected compensation range for this position is $98,406.00 -  $163,000.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
