Senior Payroll Accountant
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook, Oracle EBS, Excel, Pivot tables, Charts & Graphs, SharePoint
- Customer service-oriented communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a challenging environment
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage confidential information
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is necessary
- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and supports a vision for continuous improvement
- Dynamic leadership qualities/team player, proven communicator
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent degree and/or experience
- Accounting Experience with Engineering and/or Architectural firms
- Experience with AP, GL Analysis, AR, Payroll and Expense Reports

The expected compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $78,000 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
