In the role of a Senior Project Architect/ Site Supervisor we'll count on you to:
Your Role
Planning, coordinating, and passionately executing large and complex projects
Ensuring compliance with cost/budget, schedule, and quality requirements
Ensuring the quality of construction drawings and on-site execution
Reviewing detailed design, coordinating, and integrating the work of discipline-specific designers
Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure strict compliance with architectural design intent, specifications, and building codes
Defect management and resolution
Monitor site conditions, conduct risk assessments, enforce site safety regulations
Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, inspection test plans (ITPs), and sign-off records.
Maintaining close and regular communication with all project stakeholders
Development of construction drawings
Preparing for and participating in client meetings and planning meetings
Coordination with government agencies and permitting authorities
Your Profile
You are a project architect with a high level of motivation, agility, enthusiasm, and communication skills. Thanks to your thoughtful and focused approach to work, you excel at balancing structured work with innovative design. You also enjoy constructive dialogue within the team and possess the following professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
Several years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction planning of complex turnkey and large-scale projects
Deep understanding of construction methods, material properties, structural engineering basics, and architectural detailing
Strong interpersonal skills to run site meetings, direct crews, and handle subcontractor conflicts.
In-depth knowledge of the standards, regulations, and guidelines relevant to project management
Knowledge of local building regulations, planning permissions, and environmental guidelines.
Proficiency in CAD and, ideally, experience with Revit and BIM technology
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
- A minimum of 10 years experience
- Registered Architect
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
- Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
- Must have experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications
- Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
