Senior Project Manager (Architecture)
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 10 years related experience
• A minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Registered Architect
• Must be able to lead a team on projects
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• Knowledge and experience within the local and regional market
• Good planning and mentoring skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
• PMP certification
• Preference given to local candidates
• A strong understanding of Healthcare projects

Typical starting pay range for this position is $128,363.00-183,375.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
