Senior Pump Station/Pipeline Project Manager
Required Qualifications
- BS Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical
- California PE license or ability to obtain one within one year
- Project management experience in a consulting firm or water/wastewater agency
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- A minimum of 5 years in the project management, planning and design of municipal water and wastewater pumping and conveyance systems
- Familiarity with trenchless construction and pipeline condition assessment and rehabilitation techniques
- Demonstrated leadership, business development, strategic planning, project management (staffing, schedule, and budget) and mentoring skills
- Software knowledge: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD or Microstation
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to initiate and develop long term client relationships, prepare proposals and presentations, and develop new business
- Excellent team player with ability to function effectively in a variety of roles on integrated project teams.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

- Master's degree

The expected compensation range for this position is $61.34 - $100.77 hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
