Senior Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to create rapport over the phone (with candidates, hiring managers, and members of recruiting team)
- Must be motivated and driven with the ability to excel in a growing, dynamic business environment
- Ability to independently travel (less than 10%); preference given to local/regional candidates
- Strong relationship building, organizational and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in an extremely demanding, fast-paced, high-volume environment
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
