HDR’s Site Civil Internship Program

Our program is structured to immerse you in the day-to-day activities of an engineering project manager and provide you with exposure to a variety of projects.  This is both a hands-on and observational position, where you will be assisting project managers to organize and create documents for active projects, as well as gaining insight from observing teams in action.  Most of our time is spent in the office, but you may also be asked to attend offsite client meetings or site visits, depending on the status of active projects.  We have a 40-hour work week, Mon – Fri, with an office-based team and you will have the flexibility to set a consistent schedule that works for you (starting between 7am and 9am).  At the start of the next semester, you may be offered the opportunity to continue with us for several hours a week.
