Principal Landscape Architect
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
- Licensed landscape architect in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 10 years of design experience in landscape architecture on a variety of project types and scales
- Strong conceptual designer and design thought leader
- Strong speaking, presentation and client engagement skills
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, motivational, organizational and time management skills required
- Experience working in all design phases, including site analysis, site planning, grading and drainage, conceptual development, construction documentation and construction observation
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams on large, complex projects
- Energetic, creative and forward-thinking
- Extensive knowledgeable and experience with local and regional markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active within the local design community: ASLA, ULI, APA, etc.
- Willing and available to travel for work
