Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of waste related planning experience associated with the development of solid waste management plans, mastering planning, feasibility analyses, zero waste plans, and strategic communications and planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel.
- Experience with client development (i.e. marketing) responsibilities such as workshops, presentations, proposal content development and business development strategy.

The expected compensation range depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. The ranges for these locations: California & Washington will be $157,297- $224,710; Colorado will be $150,458 - $214,940; New York will be $170,975- $244,250; Hawaii will be $143,619- $205,170; British Columbia will be $154,497 - $220,710 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
