Substation Project Manager/Team Lead
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- PE license
- Minimum of 10 years of substation design experience including project management experience.
- Prior experience leading project execution teams.
- Previous experience managing and supervising staff.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and client relationships in Michigan considered a strong advantage.
- Track record of working cooperatively with diverse teams; regional, department, and technical managers; and project staff preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, together with experience using project management tools, such as MSProject, a plus.
- Experience working with Renewables developers and/or the interconnection of Renewables a plus.
