With a top-tier industry ranking, our team delivers comprehensive solutions that span waste planning, remediation, engineering and implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and communities to design sustainable, cost-effective systems that contribute to cleaner environments and healthier communities. What You'll Do

  • Support engineers and project teams on transportation planning, design, and infrastructure projects.
  • Assist with solid waste and waste-to-energy assignments.
  • Participate in field visits, project meetings, and technical analyses.
  • Utilize engineering software, GIS tools, and industry technologies to solve real-world challenges.
  • Collaborate with professionals across multiple disciplines in a team-oriented environment.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that improve project delivery and transportation outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
  • Desire to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a professional environment.
  • Experience with CAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar software is a plus.
  • Preference given to local candidates 
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
