Transit Principal Project Manager

Required Qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in Engineering 
• 15 years progressive local NYC area Construction Management/Resident Engineering Inspection Services experience with transit related clients such as MTA's NYC Transit, Long Island Railroad or Metro-North Railroad
• A minimum 7 years project management experience
• PE license
• MS Office and MS Project experience is required 
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
•  An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience with transit related clients such as Amtrack and NJ Transit is a plus
• Local candidates preferred

The expected compensation range for this position is $170,713 - $280,456 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
