Transit Project Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, or related field
- 10 years related or equivalent experience including project management experience
- 5 years of relevant transit experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understand the principles of transit planning/design
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineering License (PE)
- PE in Tennessee or ability to obtain within six months
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and personnel
- Experience with designing transit facilities such as stations, parks and rides, transit centers, and operations and maintenance facilities.
- Solid business development skills with history of winning projects as the proposed project manager or task lead
- Demonstrated ability to relate well to clients
- Demonstrated presentation skills
