Transportation BIM Intern (Part-Time)
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in associates or technical school degree program.
- Strong interest in railroad or roadway design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in use of CADD for design development, construction documents.
- A desire to use technical and engineering knowledge to solve problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MicroStation Geopak, Inroads, or Open Roads Designer (ORD) and AutoCAD Civil3D.
- Willingness to learn how to implement 3D BIM model to use for visualizations, photo realistic renderings, animations, and virtual reality applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Preference given to local candidates.
