Transportation Marketing Team Lead
Required Qualifications:
- B.A. in Communications, English, Journalism, or B.S. in an industry-related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the proposal process
- Self-motivated and ability to work independent with multiple teams as well as team oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works cooperatively with diverse teams, regional, department, national, technical managers and project staff
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability work in a highly fast-paced environment requiring meeting multiple deadlines
- Committed to quality, continuous improvement, and HDR values
- Requires little or no direction in area of specialization
- Good interpersonal and communication skills - positive outlook and attitude
- Demonstrates understanding of market and public relations
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
- Experience with InDesign and PowerPoint. The ability to turn around documents quickly

The expected compensation range for this position is $70,224.00 - $115,368.00 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
