Utah Area Operations Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in development and management of diverse teams.
• Experience working for an A/E/C consulting firm.
• Proven success in marketing and delivering consulting services in the areas of transportation, water and/or environmental resource management is required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineering registration is preferred.
