Water/Wastewater/Water Resources CADD Team Lead
Required Qualifications
- Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience with civil engineering/site development projects
- Requires extensive knowledge of BIM, design development, construction documents, technical and engineering knowledge
- Requires a good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation, Inroads, ProjectWise, LDD, construction documents and technical aspects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to gather, organize and interpret data for process monitoring or business case development
- Oral and written communication skills
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience
- Understanding of conveyance and collection piping systems, profile development, and site grading are a must
- Experience with design of pumping stations and water treatment facilities a plus
- Understanding of railroad engineering skills
- Strong Experience with Highway design, street design, drainage and PSR/PR
- Experience with Bentley products such as ProjectWise is a plus
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
