In the role of Administrative Assistant, we'll count on you to:
  •  Answering and directing phone calls, delivering messages and packages, greet employees, visitors, schedule conference calls, and distribute incoming mail
  • Order office supplies and maintain order and cleanliness of production rooms, kitchens, and conference rooms
  • Coordinate and manage all lunch orders for internal meetings and staff events ensuring timely delivery and proper set up
  • Support onboarding new hires by preparing access badges and ensuring their workspaces are clean and organized for start date
  • Manages relationships with service vendors including coffee and beverage providers to ensure well stocked and functional environment
  • Ordering kitchen supplies and employee snacks.
  • Coordinate and manage all lunch orders for internal meetings and staff events ensuring timely delivery and proper set up
  • Support onboarding new hires by preparing access badges and ensuring workspaces are clean and organized 
  • Manages relationships with service vendors including coffee and beverage providers to ensure well stocked and functional environment
  • Provide meeting setup, light accounting and other miscellaneous duties and tasks/projects as neede
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
