Qualifications and Skills
- 10+ years relevant post graduate work experience - with a high level of demonstrated competency
- Experience managing medium to larger scale projects or multiple projects
- Effective client management and issues resolution experience
- Confidence, speed and efficiency when reviewing, coordinating and documenting in the REVIT platform, understanding of operational and project delivery impacts of BIM more broadly.
- Strong understanding of the Australian architectural documentation and consultant coordination process through all stages of the project.
- Specification and Schedule writing experience
- An ability to lead and motivate a high performing project team
- Advanced communication skills to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project
