- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline
- Relevant professional experience in the AEC Industry
- Experience working on large-scale projects in the domains of Healthcare, Education, Science & Technology and Defence
- Proactive and analytical problem-solving working skills
- Highly advanced Revit skills
- Knowledge and application of content development methodologies
- Ability to challenge and improve processes
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong communication and demonstrated oral and written presentation skills
