BIM Model Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 10 years architectural drafting experience on buildings/facilities
- Managed BIM Models and BIM processes on large projects.
- Direct experience working with multi-discipline project production teams
- Experience on facilities and Site Civil design projects
- Extensive knowledge of BIM, multi-discipline design development, construction documents, technical and engineering knowledge
- Ability to prepare drawings and details
- Strong computer skills using Revit and Navisworks
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
- Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
- Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
- Experience using Micro Station is desired but not required
- Preference given to local candidates
