Bridge CAD/BIM Designer
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical school diploma, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bridge engineering or related projects.
- A working knowledge of Microstation and/or AutoCAD.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to deal with change in a positive manner.
- Aptitude for problem-solving, including ability to gather, organize and interpret data.
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with project team members.
- Commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical school diploma in Engineering Technology.
- Experience in creating 2D bridge plans from both 2D and 3D elements.
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling in Microstation and/or AutoCAD.
- Experience working with OpenBridge Modeler or other parametric 3D software.
- Ability to interpret as-built plans for existing structures.
- Ability to use Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Preference given to local candidates.

The expected compensation range for this position is $56,364.00 - $80,520.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
