Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or closely related field
• Microsoft Office skills
• Strong people skills, ability to interact with the design team
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
• 5 years of construction experience
• Previous structures experience in the field is highly desired
• Knowledge of estimating with HCSS HeavyJob, scheduling software (Primavera P3 or SureTrak), and project management software (Prolog)

The expected compensation range for this position is 58,604- $ 83,720 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
