Employee Relations Administrator
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources or Business Administration; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- Five years of progressive experience administering Human Resources related initiatives, projects or programs.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills including expertise in Excel (including advanced formulas); working knowledge of other MS Office products.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications of Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
