Environmental Permitter

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in environmental technical writing, and Federal, State and/or local permitting.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving and research abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification
• Minimum 6 years of professional environmental permitting experience in Alaska.
• Local candidates are preferred.
