MO/KS Roadway Section Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- PE
- 13 years of experience in highway/street geometric design
- Marketing and project pursuit experience
- Well organized with multi-tasking skills
- Experience with DOT and municipal clients in Missouri and Kansas
- Experienced in managing and delivering DOT/municipal/local projects in the MO/KS Area required
- Experience with supervising the work of a project team as a Project Manager
- Experience with mentoring junior staff is a requirement
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using Microstation, Geopak, and/or InRoads design software in version SS2, SS4, and/or CONNECT
- MS Office knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Document control experience (ProjectWise a plus)
- Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management experience with an understanding of Earned Value desirable
- Transportation-related project experience preferred.
- Excellent marketing experience preferred.
- Prior consulting experience preferred.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Alternate delivery experience
