NEPA Specialist

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years of professional NEPA experience.
• Effective leader with ability to build and motivate diverse teams including technical experts, regulatory specialists, engineering staff, construction contractors, and client and agency representatives.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong conceptual, organizational, problem-solving and research abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality procedures. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification.
• Previous NEPA experience in Alaska.
• Local candidates are preferred.
