New York Bridges & Structures Department Leader
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, PE license in NY and/or NJ, and 15+ years of experience in working on and managing large multi-discipline, multi-stakeholder projects in New York City and State. Experience, knowledge and relationships with municipal and DOT markets required, preferably NYCDOT, PANYNJ, MTA Bridges and Tunnels, NYCDDC, NYSDOT, NYSTA and NYCEDC. Candidates should have experience managing and leading large groups. Candidates must be able to work cooperatively with professionals from other disciplines, senior and junior staff, clients, project managers, business development professionals, and operational leadership.
Commitment to safety and quality procedures required. Proven, strong communication skills; critical thinking; problem-solving creativity; and flexibility required. Must have an attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.

Typical starting pay range for this position is $134,000.00 - $205,375.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
