Northern Virginia / DC / Maryland Roadway Lead
Required Qualifications
- BS in Engineering.
- PE required.
- Must have experience and relationships working with VDOT, DDOT, MDSHA and/or other transportation agencies in the Washington, DC Area market.
- 15+ years experience in all aspects of roadway engineering design and Project Management.
- Must have experience in leading business development efforts including client relationships and leading pursuits.
- Experience with InRoads, Microstation, GeoPak and/or other transportation design software packages
- Microsoft Office experience required.
- Project Management experience required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lead and mentor a growing and dynamic team of professionals
- Demonstrated leadership skills
