Preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in high-volume recruiting in either a corporate or agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter to source and fill positions
- Experience working in a web-based applicant tracking system
- Background in sales, cold calling, and project coordination
- Preference is given to local/regional candidates
