Requires
- 10+ years’ experience managing the search process and placement for senior level technical and leadership positions within the engineering/civil infrastructure industry.
- Preference given to candidates with demonstrated experience recruiting at the senior level in the water industry across North America and maintains an existing professional network.
- Strong understanding of the business drivers within the water industry strongly preferred.
- Ability to effectively relay HDR’s employee ownership culture to prospective talent.
- Advanced experience using applicant tracking systems (Taleo)
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability for creative writing and small group presentation.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
