- Order, track and update preliminary title reports, per client standards
- Perform property and owner research using applicable federal, state, city, county and client resources, such as recorder's offices, assessor's offices, or various websites and databases
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Microsoft Office Suite product experience
- Local Candidates preferred
- Strong editorial and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- General background related experience beneficial, including title, paralegal, real estate, real property law or mortgage lending
- GIS and database familiarity a plus
