In the role of a Right of Way Title Agent I, we'll count on you to: 
  • Order, track and update preliminary title reports, per client standards
  • Perform property and owner research using applicable federal, state, city, county and client resources, such as recorder's offices, assessor's offices, or various websites and databases
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office Suite product experience
  • Local Candidates preferred
Required Qualifications
  • Strong editorial and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • General background related experience beneficial, including title, paralegal, real estate, real property law or mortgage lending
  • GIS and database familiarity a plus
