Senior Construction Inspector

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years experience
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook), Unifier, EADOC, and Procore
• Proven problem-solving and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• This position typically requires successfully passing drug-screening procedures prior to being hired thereafter subject to random and cause drug and alcohol testing
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• ICC/ICBO Certification 
• Experience with electrical construction inspection activities
• Technical school or Associate degree

The expected compensation range for this position is $66,588.00 - 109,394.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.  This role may also be subject to CA prevailing wages.
