Qualifications & Skills

You will be able to demonstrate:

• 15+ years relevant post graduate work experience - with a high level of demonstrated competency.
• Registration with Board of Architects or relevant industry professional body as appropriate.
• Effectively manages medium to larger scale projects or multiple projects - with an increased level of complexity.
• Effective client management and issues resolution experience.
• “All-rounder” skills and capabilities including an appreciation for design, a strong technical understanding and capable project management skills.
• Confidence, speed and efficiency when reviewing, coordinating and documenting in the REVIT platform, understanding of operational and project delivery impacts of BIM more broadly.
• A detailed understanding of the Australian architectural documentation and consultant coordination process through all stages of the project.
• Specification and Schedule writing experience.
• An ability to lead and motivate a high performing project team.
• Advanced communication skills to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Intermediate experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project.
• Experience in medium to large scale projects over 50million CCE.
