Qualifications & Skills
You will be able to demonstrate:
- 15+ years relevant post graduate work experience - with a high level of demonstrated competency.
- Registration with Board of Architects or relevant industry professional body as appropriate.
- Effectively manages medium to larger scale projects or multiple projects - with an increased level of complexity.
- Effective client management and issues resolution experience.
- “All-rounder” skills and capabilities including an appreciation for design, a strong technical understanding and capable project management skills.
- Confidence, speed and efficiency when reviewing, coordinating and documenting in the REVIT platform, understanding of operational and project delivery impacts of BIM more broadly.
- A detailed understanding of the Australian architectural documentation and consultant coordination process through all stages of the project.
- Specification and Schedule writing experience.
- An ability to lead and motivate a high performing project team.
- Advanced communication skills to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Intermediate experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project.
- Experience in medium to large scale projects over 50million CCE.
