We’re currently growing our Architecture team in NSW and are seeking a Senior Project Leader / Senior Associate (Health) to play a key role in driving delivery on major health projects. This is a rare opportunity to work on complex, large-scale infrastructure that will have a lasting impact on communities.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced architect and project leader to:
- Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of complex health projects
- Drive programme, design intent, and delivery outcomes
- Act as a key client interface and trusted advisor
- Oversee coordinated delivery across multiple packages and teams
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project teams
- Ensure quality, performance, and consistency across the project
- Mentor and support emerging talent
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance design excellence, technical delivery, innovation, and project leadership.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Architect with 10-15+ years’ experience
- Strong track record leading complex health projects
- Proven ability to lead projects through multiple stages
- Deep understanding of design, documentation, and delivery
- Highly developed client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong design, technical and delivery leadership skills
- A proactive, ownership mindset and collaborative approach
