Senior Real Estate Services Technician
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience related with right-of-way, title, paralegal, real property law or mortgage lending
- Must have the ability to understand real estate documents such as title, appraisal, environmental and survey
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- AA degree or equivalent experience
- Specific industry regulatory knowledge
- Database and GIS familiarity
