Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related technical area, or the relevant combination of education and relevant experience
- 1-3 years of experience in technical analysis of systems. In-depth technical knowledge of systems and architectures, systems infrastructure technologies and administering technology systems
- Technical proficiency with administering and supporting systems management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to develop innovative ideas for generating new approaches to solve problems.
- Ability to gather technical requirements and translate into applicable solutions.
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate needs and new ideas with users and management.
- Ability to formulate ideas and present recommendations/proposals to IT management.
- Ability to write software and hardware evaluations and make recommendations for management review.
- Ability to work with vendors to request service and work through urgent product issues
