Wayfinding Planner (Part-Time)
·Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
·Minimum 5 years experience in planning, design, marketing, or related field.
·Candidate will be expected to provide and review work samples which speak to your experience and impact.
·Proficiency with wayfinding, signage and space planning deliverables
·Ability to read architectural construction documents and shop drawings
·An understanding of branding/brand development, communications and research
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Totally client- and team-oriented, knows how to balance demands for time and resources
·Organization, communication and relationship management skills
·Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
·Comfortable in internal and external client facing situations
·Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Outlook)
·An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
·Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree
·Working knowledge of CAD and Revit/BIM360
·Working knowledge of 3D software, for example: Sketchup
·Preference given to local candidates
