Geotechnical Engineer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a closely related field
- PE or ability to obtain for natural career progression; candidates hired without their PE or EIT will have the title "Geotechnical Designer"
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Ability to perform drilling inspection for PennDOT, PTC, WVDOH, and other governmental and private projects
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture
Preferred Qualifications
- PennDOT design experience
- PennDOT Test Boring Inspection certification or short-term ability to take the test
- Experience with MS Office, gINT, STABL/Slide, LPILE, Slope/W, GRLWEAP, and DesignBuild
- Preference is given to local candidates
