Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Transportation, or Structural Engineering, or a related field EIT or the ability to obtain within 12 months. Candidates hired without their EIT will be called a Civil Coordinator and will be expected to obtain EIT for career progression MicroStation/AutoCAD required. Civil 3D, StormCAD, Open Roads Designer experience preferred. Adaptable to conditions including fast-paced and deadline driven work environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-motivated to complete tasks and learn new skills Ability to use MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work in the office to allow for collaboration Preferred Applicable experience performing drainage design for highway/roadway projects, preparing plans and specifications, and permitting experience
