Industrial Project Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Construction or Engineering related fields
- 7 years professional experience
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19. This position requires onsite client visits, or, this position will be co-located at the client site. The client requires all contractors/consultants/vendors who work or visit the site be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with an architectural or engineering consulting firm
- Relevant prior project experience work in a heavy industrial market
- Professional Engineering License (or ability to obtain)
- EPC/Alternative Delivery experience
- 2 years industrial project management experience
- Basic understanding of Google Earth, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Microstation

The expected compensation range for this position is $99,285.00 - 171,695.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
