In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
- Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status
- Provide data entry of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards
- Support the management of workload by assisting proposal managers and marketing coordinators
- Collaborate with pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials
- Administer implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR’s Matrix of Authority
- Provide accurate project and resume data in business development systems
- File proposal and presentation materials according to established standards and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
- Demonstrated “self-starter” with a history of completing tasks with limited oversight
- Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams and personalities; comfortable working with hybrid team members
- Proficient in MS Teams and virtual meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong information management and data analysis capabilities
- Experience in supporting A/E/C proposal efforts from proposal development through submission and interview.
- Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
