We invite you to build your Water career at HDR. Our global team is looking for success-oriented Project Managers to work on a wide variety of projects in the Drinking Water and Wastewater world.

HDR is seeking Water / Wastewater Project Managers to support our expanding Water Business group in a variety of locations. The primary duties of the role are to:
- Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline planning, as well as large, complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Independently coordinate work of engineers and balance planning/design team throughout entire project lifespan
- Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies
- Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
- Coordinate workload throughout entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
- Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Business Group Manager for project reviews
- Perform technical analyses and report preparation
- Lead client project and technical meetings and/or workshops
- Provide leadership and mentoring for water/wastewater engineers
- Perform other duties as needed
- Master's degree is a plus
- 7+ years of water / wastewater experience

- 7 years related experience
- A minimum 2 years project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
