Required Qualifications
- Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
- A minimum of 6 years experience in civil design with BIM programs
- Requires good working knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads, LDD, and construction documents
- Requires good working knowledge of BIM, construction documents, and technical knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication and documentation skills are essential
- Civil drafting background with underground utility experience
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Facility (structural, piping, and mechanical) experience
- Prior CAD related project experience
- Preference is given to local candidates
