Senior Integrated Water Resources Planner/Engineer
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in water resources planning, water resources engineering, or related field
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience working directly with client leadership
- Experience with public speaking
- May require the ability to travel
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
- Located in Pacific Standard Time zone preferred, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field
- Experience with water infrastructure planning studies, extreme hydrology, and/or consequence analysis
- Experience with risk-based planning and risk informed decision making.
- Familiarity with integration of resiliency into the planning process

The expected compensation range for this position is $100,716.00 - $163,500.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
