Transportation Project Manager
Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- PE required
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in highway and municipal roadway design
- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills and ability to work with various teams
Experience should include street/arterial roadways, urban and rural highway interchanges, intersection design, traffic management, preparation of concept alignments, geometrical layout and CAD base alignment plans - Able to manage day-to-day communication (verbal and written) with the client, support and advise junior engineers and technical staff, write reports and technical memos, coordinate with subconsultants, keep project on schedule and within budget, and keep client satisfied
- Assist with preparation of scopes, budgets and schedules
- Excellent communication, motivation, and organizational skills.
- Time management skills on delivering on multiple projects that overlap
- Able to work collaboratively in a team setting

Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred 10 years’ experience in highway and municipal roadway design
- Preferred 2-4 years of project management experience
- Experience with CDOT and Colorado municipal roadway projects
- Experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Experience with fostering client relationships and leading pursuit efforts.

The expected compensation range for this position is $101,780.00 - $145,400.00 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
